Some models are not offered as an exchange service. In these instances, we offer a back to base repair service. The following is a list of models we repair. If you have an enquiry on a model that is not listed, please contact us first before sending for repair.

*A VIN number is required to register a repair within the Web Portal. For DECODE TOOL repairs, as these do not have a VIN, it is recommended to use the formula DECODETOOL0000XXX with the XXX representing the 3 digits of the Decode Tools serial number etched on the inside of the decode tool.

For inward freight, we recommended that you use a freight company that provides tracking. It is the dealer’s/user’s responsibility to package items safely to ensure safe arrival. We will not be liable for damaged items in transit.
Repairs are covered by a 3 months guarantee on invoiced parts only.
